Leads enterprise marketing strategy, integrated campaigns, brand execution, content, thought leadership, digital and social engagement, events, and market-facing initiatives. Manages marketing budgets, vendors, procurement, performance measurement, and external partners while supporting Growth, Business Development, Capture, and executive communications. Provides desktop support and administers on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including Linux and Windows servers, Azure, virtualization, storage, backups, networking, and security systems. Troubleshoots hardware and connectivity issues, manages users and permissions, configures firewalls and certificates, responds to malware and data spillage, and supports Special Operations Command. The role requires relocation to Tampa, ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Provides SOCRATES system administration, desktop support, networking, troubleshooting, hardware and software configuration, network integration, and help desk support for USSOCOM and DoD users. Responsibilities include Windows 11 migrations, workstation replacements, communications migrations, LAN installation, system maintenance, and CONUS/OCONUS technical support. The role may require contingency deployments, extended shifts, and frequent travel to DoD installations.
