Supervises and delivers hands-on onboarding and operations training for manufacturing employees. Conducts orientations, teaches safe equipment and tool use, simulates production tasks, evaluates trainee competency, provides coaching and OJT, documents progress, addresses skill gaps, and supports training improvements, product launches, and process changes. Develops, manages, models, and validates software requirements across multiple vehicle programs. Coordinates internal teams, vendors, and customers; maintains requirements traceability and compliance with contract specifications. Supports CMMI and CMMC certification efforts, documents requirements processes, and approves compliant software. The role requires collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and information systems teams, with up to 25% travel and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Leads engineering activities for military vehicle survivability systems, including armor and vehicle body design, development, integration, testing, validation, and production release. Coordinates cross-functional teams, suppliers, plant personnel, and customers; manages requirements, risks, schedules, resources, and technical decisions. Supports design reviews, tolerance stack-ups, linkage studies, ballistic and blast testing, issue resolution, and project delivery. The role operates across office, manufacturing, and test environments and requires up to 30% travel.

Provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, communications, records, and confidential information. Drafts correspondence and reports, conducts research, prepares summaries, coordinates meeting follow-up, orders supplies, and performs basic bookkeeping. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office in a fast-paced office environment.

Coordinates HR processes across Indiana manufacturing locations, including HRIS administration, reporting, attendance and disciplinary tracking, leaves and FMLA, incentive programs, union relations, employee inquiries, I-9 processing, communications, and purchasing. The role supports leadership and union representatives with CBA compliance, grievances, investigations, corrective actions, and labor relations while maintaining accurate employee records and providing HR customer service.
