Coordinates air and ocean import shipments, customs documentation, clearance advances, freight delivery, entry and entry-summary preparation, shipment tracing, proof-of-delivery collection, forwarder communication, billing, profit determination, and process maintenance. Provides customer service and ensures shipments comply with applicable US Federal Code of Regulations.

Manages strategic national accounts, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating internal teams to deliver customer satisfaction and growth. Responsibilities include relationship management, account expansion, client advocacy, RFQ/RFI/RFP participation, project coordination, site visits, contract negotiation, satisfaction reporting, process improvement, and CRM automation. The role requires extensive customs brokerage and national account management experience, strong communication skills, advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, and occasional travel across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
