Work is onsite at Kirtland AFB in SCIF and government integration facilities.

Leads cybersecurity strategy, governance, accreditation, risk management, continuous monitoring, and incident preparedness for satellite ground systems. Ensures compliance with DoD and U.S. Space Force policies, including RMF, CNSSI 1253, DISA STIGs, ATO, and SAP requirements. Integrates DevSecOps and Zero Trust across the system lifecycle, oversees cybersecurity tools and audits, directs engineering teams, engages DoD stakeholders, and mentors junior personnel.

Provides electrical and software engineering support for complex systems, including component integration, installation, maintenance, documentation, testing, software design, requirements analysis, and system-level tradeoff decisions. Develops and enhances software applications, applies software engineering methodologies, manages integrated project risks and schedules, and reviews software components for design compliance. Requires a final DoD SECRET clearance.

Implement cybersecurity controls, support ATO accreditation and DoD compliance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, maintain testing environments, and manage virtualization, backups, continuity systems, assets, documentation, and IT projects. Provide technical support within SCIFs and SAPFs for classified space mission operations.

Performs hands-on assembly, integration, and testing of spacecraft, payloads, and experiments from CubeSats to ESPA-class systems. Develops and executes environmental and functional test plans, operates test equipment, analyzes results, troubleshoots failures, supports root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and documents compliance and test outcomes. Provides launch integration, facility management, safety, clean-room, ESD, and mission lifecycle support in government facilities and SCIFs.

Provides onsite administrative and secretarial support for a government spaceflight program. Responsibilities include meeting, travel, event, procurement, and venue coordination; tracking information; preparing reports and correspondence; supporting timekeeping; handling confidential matters; and assisting with leadership events. The role requires communication, organization, Microsoft Office proficiency, government-related administrative experience, U.S. citizenship, and a Top Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI.
