Supports commercial credit analysis and underwriting by reviewing financial statements, credit history, market conditions, and key financial ratios. Updates electronic loan files, requests borrower information, evaluates credit strengths and weaknesses, assists with loan terms, monitors maturities, and prepares reports on past-due loans, collateral exceptions, appraisal fees, and loan summaries. Ensures compliance with applicable banking regulations and policies.
