Manages full-cycle recruitment and employee onboarding activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offers, background checks, documentation, orientation, and new-hire readiness. Maintains accurate ATS and HRIS records, supports I-9 and E-Verify compliance, assists with AAP/EEO reporting, and partners with hiring managers, HR, IT, payroll, and facilities. The role also supports employer branding, job fairs, process improvements, and positive candidate and new-employee experiences.
