Requires strong expertise in brand identity, art direction, digital design, campaign development, and creative operations, with experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and emerging creative technologies.

Leads enterprise performance marketing across multiple franchise brands, overseeing paid media strategy, attribution, analytics, testing, reporting, agency performance, and marketing optimization. Partners with brand, franchise, operations, technology, and executive teams to improve customer acquisition, marketing ROI, lead quality, and franchise profitability. Builds scalable measurement frameworks, dashboards, benchmarks, and optimization playbooks while evaluating emerging advertising platforms, AI technologies, privacy regulations, and attribution models.

Leads brand marketing strategy and execution for a franchise portfolio, driving awareness, local lead generation, franchisee success, and revenue growth. Oversees digital channels, brand positioning, creative direction, campaigns, vendors, dashboards, KPIs, and ROI tracking. Builds scalable marketing systems, mentors team members, manages budgets, and uses performance data to optimize campaigns. Partners with operations, sales, franchise support, and leadership on brand launches and cross-functional growth initiatives.
