Manage an approximately 85-person major-gifts portfolio through prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, closing, and stewardship. Develop donor-specific strategies, maintain CRM records, support campaign planning, and collaborate with leadership, board members, and volunteers. Manage the legacy-giving program, including planned-gift cultivation, donor recognition, communications, and stewardship. Participate in donor visits, events, tours, prospect research, pipeline forecasting, and fundraising strategy development.
