Oversee the financial management of a large data center construction project. Lead ServiceNow configuration, workflows, service catalog, CMDB, integrations, automation, security, upgrades, and release management. Direct third-party delivery partners, establish platform standards, ensure ITIL-aligned processes, and evaluate alternative platforms such as Ivanti Neurons and Freshworks. Partner with architecture, security, process owners, IT leadership, and operating companies to deliver a scalable and well-governed service.

Administer and maintain customer, subcontractor, vendor, and supplier contracts throughout the project lifecycle. Supports digital solution development, mobile app testing, workflow automation, Power BI dashboard creation, SQL dataset management, IT support, and construction technology integration. The intern may work with Procore, BIM systems, app development, data analysis, and IT infrastructure while collaborating with office and field teams. Projects are tailored to the intern’s career interests and include opportunities to improve processes and implement practical technology solutions.

Designs and analyzes electrical systems for energy, petrochemical, industrial, and data center facilities. Performs arc flash, short circuit, relay coordination, motor starting, voltage drop, and load flow studies using ETAP or equivalent tools. Develops electrical designs, specifications, grounding systems, and distribution plans; conducts QA/QC reviews; coordinates multidisciplinary deliverables; reviews vendor drawings; and supports field assessments, RFIs, and project execution. Requires a Professional Engineer license and extensive industrial electrical engineering experience.

Paid 8–10 week internship supporting utility construction projects from planning through closeout. The role is based in Sumner, Washington, with potential travel to job sites.
