Manages the financial health of construction projects by maintaining budgets, forecasts, financial models, reports, journal entries, account reconciliations, and audit preparation. Partners with project managers and directors to establish financial baselines, analyze performance, support reporting, and inform project decisions. The role requires construction or finance experience, accounting knowledge, spreadsheet proficiency, and comfort working across multiple projects and office or field environments.

The role collaborates with project managers, engineers, and field teams and requires extended on-site work in Northwest Texas.

Manages management reporting and accounting review activities, including financial statements, forecasts, disclosures, audits, SEC filings, and statutory reporting. The role also builds the IT leadership team and aligns technology roadmaps with business growth, operational needs, and enterprise standards.

Designs mechanical and piping systems for pipeline, petrochemical, and energy facilities while supporting projects through construction and startup. Develops calculations, layouts, equipment specifications, code-compliant deliverables, and technical procedures. Coordinates multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, vendors, clients, and construction teams.
