Owns monthly SIOP processes, monitors supply chain KPIs, analyzes demand and production capacity, identifies operational risks, and leads cross-functional mitigation planning. The role collaborates with plant operations to meet customer demand, improves supplier and customer delivery performance, develops procurement data standards, prepares reports and recommendations, and automates reporting where possible.

Provides quality engineering support for machining operations and new product launches. Develops control plans, analyzes scrap and rework, leads 8D corrective actions, conducts FMEA, SPC, DOE, capability studies, and Gage R&R analyses, and drives continuous improvement. Reviews engineering drawings, supports process changes and equipment projects, conducts audits, manages nonconforming materials, and escalates critical production quality issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
