Maintains organized systems, confidential information, and cross-time-zone communication while improving recurring processes and ensuring business obligations remain on track.

Own the commercial performance, customer experience, merchandising, content, and optimization of global Shopify eCommerce websites. Lead website launches, migrations, integrations, international expansion, and platform improvements from requirements through post-launch optimization. Coordinate Marketing, Sales, Systems, Operations, regional teams, and external partners while managing roadmaps, dependencies, analytics, conversion, usability, and technical governance.

Owns the company’s core business systems, including NetSuite, Shopify, integrations, reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and master data governance. The role provides Tier 2 systems support, manages technology vendors and implementation partners, gathers business requirements, resolves integration issues, and contributes to the technology roadmap. It partners with business leaders across operations, sales, finance, production, and customer experience to deliver scalable technology solutions.

Manage inbound customer inquiries, provide product and order support, upsell clients, qualify leads, and schedule sales appointments. Support wholesale onboarding, sales events, CRM updates, fraud reviews, fulfillment coordination, returns communication, and customer experience reporting. Maintain timely, on-brand client communication while collaborating with sales, fulfillment, returns, and leadership teams.
