Responsibilities include posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining HR records, supporting onboarding and offboarding, answering employee and manager questions, and assisting with HR projects and process improvements. Supports the design, assembly, testing, simulation, and development of IndyCar damper systems. Performs damper dyno and 7-Post shaker-rig testing, analyzes test and track data, develops CAD designs, maintains related component inventories, and presents technical recommendations to improve vehicle ride and performance.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications supporting racing operations. Build containerized applications with Docker, manage CI/CD pipelines, develop server-side Linux solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements. Independently manage projects, priorities, and deadlines in an on-site environment.

Supports NASCAR race-car performance through setup development, simulation, tire-model analysis, driver-in-loop testing, suspension optimization, on-track testing, data analysis, and live race support. The role collaborates with race engineers and crew chiefs, develops engineering tools, communicates actionable performance insights, and maintains technical reports. Occasional weekday and weekend travel is required for testing and race events.

Develops and standardizes metrology protocols, scanning workflows, inspection strategies, calibration procedures, and reporting systems for IndyCar components and full vehicle builds. Uses structured-light scanners, tactile measurement tools, CAD, GD&T, and Python automation to improve measurement accuracy, repeatability, quality, and compliance. Analyzes dimensional data, investigates variation, supports engineering and manufacturing decisions, and collaborates with design, fabrication, assembly, suppliers, and race operations.
