Run and scale production cloud infrastructure for a global IoT virtual-fencing platform. Responsibilities include AWS infrastructure, database performance, profiling, load testing, monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, infrastructure as code, CI/CD automation, multi-region deployments, and platform reliability. The role also supports North American operations, collaborates with global R&D teams, investigates telemetry workloads, and develops tooling using Python or Node.js.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, refurbish, and test eShepherd virtual fencing equipment at the component level. Investigate warranty returns, identify root causes, validate firmware updates and product releases, support customer and partner technical enquiries, document service insights, and help develop troubleshooting procedures. The role collaborates with engineering, operations, and customer success teams to improve product performance, service operations, and customer outcomes.
