Verifies and updates missing or invalid client, testing, billing, and specimen information. The role performs root cause analysis, manages escalated issues, coordinates with internal teams and clients, documents resolutions, and implements process improvements. It also provides coaching, training, and feedback to specimen collectors, managers, clients, and sales leadership to improve order quality, reduce missing information, and support efficient sample testing and billing.
