Leads all HR functions for a hotel and restaurant, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR reporting. Partners with property leadership on workforce planning, engagement, and operational performance. Ensures accurate payroll, ACA compliance, employment-law adherence, employee-record maintenance, and implementation of company-wide HR initiatives in a fast-paced, on-site hospitality environment.
