Coordinates localized marketing initiatives for a pediatric healthcare provider across Northeast Arkansas. Responsibilities include developing promotional strategies, analyzing referrals and enrollment projections, preparing reports, organizing events, sponsorships, doctor visits, awards, and marketing materials, and building relationships with businesses, healthcare providers, community groups, influencers, and other local organizations. The role represents the company at community functions and requires travel, including occasional nights and weekends.

Coordinates local marketing activities for Pediatrics Plus, including community events, sponsorships, doctor visits, business awards, referral analysis, reporting, and location-specific promotional strategies. Builds relationships with healthcare providers, businesses, influencers, parent groups, churches, and chambers while representing the organization in the community. Requires strong communication, organization, creativity, multitasking, and willingness to travel and attend evening or weekend events.

Provides remote and onsite IT support across pediatric healthcare locations. Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots computers, peripherals, software, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, network connectivity, and technology systems. Manages support tickets, user accounts, inventory, documentation, equipment deployments, onboarding, and offboarding. Regularly travels to clinics for proactive maintenance and issue resolution, escalates complex infrastructure issues, coordinates with vendors, and delivers technical assistance to nontechnical employees.

Provides onsite and remote IT support across pediatric healthcare locations. Responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting computers, peripherals, Microsoft applications, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network connectivity, and user accounts; managing help-desk tickets; supporting equipment deployments, inventory, onboarding, and offboarding; documenting technical work; coordinating escalations and vendors; and traveling regularly to clinic locations for proactive and reactive support.

Leads the organization’s talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, recruiting operations, employer branding, and talent pipeline development. Oversees full-cycle recruitment, manages and develops recruiting teams, establishes hiring KPIs, improves sourcing and candidate experience, ensures employment-law compliance, advances diversity hiring goals, and partners with executives, HR, marketing, agencies, colleges, and community organizations to support organizational growth.

Performs general HR functions for assigned sites, including hiring and onboarding, employee file maintenance, audits, status and pay changes, I-9 compliance, performance review tracking, terminations, background checks, benefits processing, and HR inbox support. Maintains confidentiality, supports site leaders and team members, and assists other HR personnel as needed.
