Lead independent living sales and outreach for Green Hills by building relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners. Develop sales strategies, conduct tours and presentations, manage leads and move-in progress, track reporting, and partner with internal teams to deliver smooth resident experiences while supporting occupancy and revenue goals.

Process bi-weekly payroll for retirement community employees, maintain payroll and personnel records, administer taxes and benefits, prepare costing and payroll reports, support client billing, reconcile payroll accounts, and assist with compliance reporting. The role requires handling sensitive information, applying multi-state payroll regulations, answering client inquiries, and managing deadlines accurately.

Directs marketing and sales for independent living residences, including occupancy development, annual marketing planning, advertising, referral programs, events, direct sales, budgeting, lead generation, and prospect follow-up. Supervises residency counselors and marketing staff, monitors performance against sales goals, maintains CRM records and reports, and collaborates with senior leadership. The role requires strong sales leadership, marketing expertise, CRM proficiency, and experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.

Leads capital planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analytics, and capital accounting coordination. Develops performance metrics, manages project activities and loan draws, applies capitalization policies, and supports investment decisions through actionable financial insights. Partners cross-functionally with accounting, finance, operations, and debt teams, oversees insurance and casualty claim accounting, and serves as an escalation point for complex capital issues. Manages and develops a finance team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee relations.

Supports the Talent Development team through conference content planning, cross-department collaboration, professional development, networking, mentorship, training, and project work. The intern will gain broad exposure to HR and organizational operations, apply classroom learning, and present project outcomes to senior leadership at the end of the 12-week program.

Performs data entry and clerical accounting support for resident and health center billing. Prepares deposits, reviews accounts payable invoices, enters payables, routes them for approval, and generates checks. Supports the Director of Financial Services with daily department operations while providing hospitality-focused service to residents, employees, and guests.

Full-time interns support business application projects through testing, support queue work, collaboration with IT and business users, business-case development, rollout planning, milestone tracking, and project evaluation. Interns receive mentorship, training, networking opportunities, and broad organizational exposure, culminating in a presentation to senior leadership. The role requires current college enrollment, at least two years toward a bachelor’s degree in MIS or a related field, and availability for a 12-week, 40-hour-per-week program.
