Maintains confidential employee records, HRIS and timekeeping systems, I-9s, benefits information, certifications, licenses, and training records. Assists with network access and employee communications while providing professional administrative support.

Provides front-desk reception services in a senior living community, welcoming residents and visitors, coordinating telephone communications, handling mail and packages, monitoring life safety alerts, assisting guests, and performing clerical duties. Maintains an organized reception area and delivers professional, compassionate customer service. Requires a high school diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, dependability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Owns financial reporting and compliance deliverables, including CAM reports, board and owner schedules, regulatory submissions, medical expense and insurance claim packages, debt covenant calculations, and due diligence requests. Performs data validation, variance analysis, reconciliations, exception reporting, and data governance checks. Maintains reporting controls, documentation, calendars, and audit trails while coordinating issue resolution with BI, IT, and process owners.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, financial modeling, scenario analysis, KPI development, executive reporting, and process improvements. Partners with business leaders to align financial and operational strategies, supports planning systems and data integrity initiatives, and mentors analysts. Requires strong FP&A expertise, analytical and modeling capabilities, stakeholder influence, and leadership communication skills.

Manage identity and access lifecycles, security technologies, vulnerability remediation, access reviews, monitoring, incident investigations, risk assessments, audits, policies, and business continuity. The role partners with infrastructure and application teams, supports acquisitions and community transitions, educates stakeholders on cybersecurity, and recommends improvements to protect organizational and resident information.

Leads complex accounting processes and monthly close activities, reviews journal entries and reconciliations, analyzes financial results, supports audits, strengthens internal controls, and drives process improvements. Provides technical guidance and mentorship to accounting staff, coordinates cross-functional deliverables, resolves accounting issues, and supports system implementations, acquisitions, transitions, and special projects.
