Leads HR operations for staff and tutors, including payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, employee relations, compliance, accommodations, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management. Advises leadership on employment law and workforce issues, manages district partner HR requirements, maintains policies and records, supports organizational culture, and uses HR data to inform decisions. Ensures compliant, accurate, and people-centered employee lifecycle processes.
