Provide high-touch client service, proactively identify coverage needs, and help shape Bevel’s technology and service standards. The role requires collaboration with private client carriers, use of agency systems, and in-office work in Austin or Houston.

Prospect and advise high-net-worth households on comprehensive personal insurance risks, develop risk profiles and proposals, and close new and renewal business. The producer will use AI-enabled tools, collaborate with service teams, shape technology and workflows as an early hire, and provide highly personalized client service. Candidates should have high-net-worth personal lines production experience, familiarity with major HNW carriers, and an active or obtainable Texas P&C license.
