Leads Mount Holyoke College’s alum experience strategy, signature events, Reunion, volunteer programs, budgets, and cross-functional partnerships. Supervises professional staff and student teams, manages alum volunteers, evaluates program outcomes using KPIs, and drives engagement and philanthropic participation. The role requires strategic event leadership, complex project management, stakeholder communication, volunteer development, and operational oversight across a global alum community.

Leads Salesforce architecture and implementation for college advancement operations, including requirements analysis, scalable configuration, automation, integrations, data quality, governance, security, upgrades, and technical reviews. Oversees Kindsight Connect and related applications, trains users, supports adoption, and supervises one technology and data professional. Partners with business stakeholders, developers, and IT leadership to improve fundraising and constituent engagement systems.
