Manage shutdown, turnaround, and outage scheduling at an LNG facility. Develop short-, medium-, and long-term resource-loaded schedules; analyze critical paths, earned value, costs, risks, resource histograms, and S-curves; monitor schedule baselines and communicate changes to stakeholders, contractors, and vendors. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, warranty, and project teams while promoting scheduling best practices and continuous improvement.

Oversee project cost activities, budgets, reporting, monitoring, and performance evaluation. Lead the cost control organization, coordinate with Finance and contractors, administer EcoSys, align cost and schedule forecasts, identify risks, and support project closeout and future estimating improvements.

Supports SAP-based CMMS plant maintenance master data, system upgrades, migrations, testing, data governance, reporting, user training, and first-level issue resolution. Partners with maintenance, operations, technical, functional, business, information management, and contractor teams to maintain data integrity and support SAP PM/MM processes. Responsibilities include validating mass data loads, developing maintenance plans and task lists, supporting workflows, managing system reports, and overseeing CMMS operations.

Oversee HR operations for the Arlington office, including employee relations, investigations, compliance, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, policies, learning and development, and company-wide HR initiatives. Lead HR team members, advise leadership and employees, manage escalations, and support a high-growth organizational environment.

Senior Project Engineer responsible for tracking construction progress through mechanical completion and facility turnover. Manages engineering projects across development and execution phases, coordinates EPC contractors and internal teams, develops scopes of work, controls budgets, monitors schedules and KPIs, identifies risks, resolves issues, and supports operational readiness. Requires extensive project engineering or project management experience, including LNG or oil and gas experience, plus a bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Manages the full lifecycle of complex LNG and industrial contracts, including drafting, negotiation, amendments, change orders, claims, notices, approvals, documentation, acceptance, and closeout. Serves as the primary liaison among contractors, project teams, legal, procurement, technical experts, and senior management. Advises on contractual risks, commercial strategies, warranties, insurance, and compliance while maintaining contract records and tracking deliverables.

Supports safe, reliable, and efficient LNG plant operations through production engineering, process modeling, data analytics, and digital tool adoption. Develops production dashboards and automated reporting, translates operating data into reliability and throughput improvements, evaluates process changes and debottlenecking opportunities, and coordinates cross-functional reviews. Partners with engineering, operations, IT, data, and machine learning teams to implement technologies, train users, standardize practices, and support real-time and long-term operational decisions.
