Leads the company-wide customer experience strategy across branches and business functions. May assist with deliveries and material pickups at small branches.

Developmental leadership role preparing associates for permanent branch or location management. Rotates across locations and business units to support operations, staffing, sales, inventory, customer service, safety compliance, new openings, and temporary leadership coverage. Assists with hiring, training, budgets, P&L, and inventory controls while completing structured management training. Requires extensive travel, adaptability, leadership potential, and the ability to work in warehouse and branch environments.

Prepares quotes, converts them into sales orders, sources products from vendors, and monitors orders through delivery.
