Roles are based in downtown Houston and begin May 17, 2027.

Manages early-phase pipeline and hydrocarbon-processing projects, including scope development, cost estimates, schedules, risk registers, contingency modeling, portfolio prioritization, and execution planning. Coordinates business units, technical teams, operations, contractors, and executives while ensuring regulatory and operational compliance. Maintains estimating practices, benchmarks, and project management processes, and evaluates design changes for financial, reliability, and operational impacts.

The Communications Specialist develops and executes external, digital, brand, and internal communications. Responsibilities include crisis communications preparedness and response, media relations, stakeholder engagement, website and social media management, brand governance, executive messaging, internal communications, and reputation-building initiatives. The role requires strong writing, judgment, collaboration, digital channel management, and the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure situations.

Supports corporate financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, quarterly guidance, reporting, and long-range strategic planning. Maintains financial models, analyzes business performance, reports on capital projects, and prepares presentations for senior management, the board, investors, banks, and rating agencies. Partners with Engineering, Commercial, Accounting, and other stakeholders to improve reporting processes and deliver actionable financial insights using Oracle EPM and Power BI.

Supports internal audit and SOX compliance engagements through control documentation, walkthroughs, testing, workpapers, stakeholder interviews, and reporting. Analyzes data with Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, and related tools to identify trends and anomalies. Explores AI, machine learning, automation, and continuous auditing solutions to improve audit efficiency, quality, and coverage while collaborating with audit professionals and business teams.
