Design seasonal headwear and apparel graphics for licensed sports programs, from concept through final art delivery. Develop mood boards, trend boards, collection presentations, typography, and production-ready artwork while maintaining brand and league guidelines. Research sports, pop culture, competitors, and embellishment techniques to inform creative direction. Oversees frontend modernization, micro-frontends, design systems, AI-powered personalization, search, experimentation, accessibility, SEO, performance, and peak-event readiness. Builds globally distributed leadership teams, partners with Product, Design, Data Science, and platform organizations, and translates engineering strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Assists attorneys with paralegal work, corporate records, contracts, litigation support, consumer complaints, regulatory escalations, and matter documentation. Coordinates with Finance, Accounts Payable, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders while handling confidential information and using AI and digital tools to improve legal department efficiency.

Leads Fanatics Technology’s program and portfolio management function by establishing governance, tooling, taxonomy, delivery standards, and AI-enabled operating practices. Manages Project and Program Managers, aligns product, engineering, and business stakeholders, oversees executive reporting cadences, improves portfolio visibility, and drives predictive delivery health, value realization, and resource decisions across enterprise transformation initiatives.
