Leads enterprise communications and change strategies supporting transformation, growth, employee engagement, executive effectiveness, culture, and organizational alignment. Advises senior leaders, develops executive messaging and leadership resources, establishes communications governance and measurement frameworks, manages reputation and crisis communications, and advances technology-enabled internal communications. Partners globally across HR, Legal, Operations, Corporate Development, and business lines to improve adoption, trust, engagement, and readiness. The role requires extensive communications leadership experience, strong writing skills, executive presence, and domestic and international travel.

Compiles, analyzes, validates, and reports stack testing field data using spreadsheets and handwritten records. Prepares test protocols and reports, reviews documents for accuracy and grammar, coordinates with project managers and field staff, follows quality systems and accreditation standards, and performs clerical tasks. The role requires proficiency with Excel, Word, and PDF editing software, with environmental testing and technical writing experience beneficial.

Designs and supports process control systems for advanced water treatment projects. Responsibilities include developing control specifications, narratives, I/O lists, alarm lists, and process drawings; supporting PLC, HMI, VFD, SCADA, electrical, and mechanical design; coordinating vendors and customers; reviewing documentation; and assisting with pilot testing, fabrication, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and field activities. Requires domestic travel up to 25%.

Manages site-specific LDAR tagging and inventory projects, including budgets, documentation, compliance tracking, monitoring reports, equipment procurement, logistics, deadlines, quality control, and client communication. The role conducts bid walks, prepares estimates and proposals, coordinates supplies and PPE, reviews monitoring routes, and supports regulatory interactions. This traveling position requires fieldwork outdoors, lifting equipment, climbing, occasional work at heights, weekend or after-hours availability, and at least five years of LDAR project experience.
