Reviews structured and unstructured content, coordinates data stewards and cross-functional stakeholders, documents privacy and compliance requirements, tracks approvals and legal holds, and assists with migration, archival, decommissioning, and analytics enablement activities.

Leads product technology diligence for private equity and strategic clients, evaluating software architecture, scalability, security, roadmaps, technical debt, engineering organizations, AI and data maturity, and financial sustainability. Translates technology findings into valuation, growth, margin, capital investment, and EBITDA implications. Leads management interviews, prepares executive-ready reports, presents findings to deal teams, mentors junior staff, and supports proposals and commercial structuring.
