Leads installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance for broadcast studios, transmitters, networks, and related facilities. Manages projects, budgets, contractors, equipment procurement, regulatory requirements, and technical teams. Provides IT and desktop support, maintains broadcast automation and telecommunications systems, responds to outages, mentors employees, and supports emergency operations. The role requires occasional after-hours and on-call availability.

Assists with radio station promotions, live broadcasts, remotes, appearances, and community events. Sets up and maintains broadcast equipment, vehicles, and promotional materials; represents stations to listeners and clients; supports creative awareness campaigns; and coordinates with marketing and promotions staff. Requires a flexible schedule, strong communication and organization, a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
