Promotes, trains users on, and supports eDiscovery technology for litigation matters across the firm. Engages legal teams and clients, serves as a subject matter expert for Relativity, RelativityOne, OPUS2, and case management systems, and supports litigation workflows. Applies AI-enabled eDiscovery, TAR, analytics, automation, and machine learning to improve review efficiency, quality control, and defensibility while managing time-sensitive assignments.

Manages regional and practice-specific legal awards programs from intake through submission. Partners with lawyers, business development, and communications teams to source nominees, gather supporting materials, and craft persuasive narratives. Maintains submission trackers and content libraries, reports program updates to leadership, and improves workflows, templates, and technology use. Requires exceptional writing, editing, stakeholder management, project management, judgment, organization, and proficiency with AI productivity tools.

The Legal Technology and AI Attorney will support the Investment Funds practice by identifying, designing, testing, and implementing AI-enabled legal workflows, automation tools, prompt libraries, and knowledge management resources. The role combines transactional legal expertise with technology experimentation, vendor collaboration, attorney training, template and precedent management, and development of practical guidance for lawyers and AI-assisted systems. Candidates must be licensed attorneys with 3–5 years of Investment Funds or related transactional experience and demonstrated interest in technology and workflow design.

Supports attorneys and paralegals throughout complex litigation and appeals, including case management, court filings, discovery, document review and production, docketing, deposition and trial preparation, appellate records, cite-checking, and oral argument materials. Coordinates vendors, prepares charts and indices, manages deadlines, and completes timekeeping. Requires trial experience, knowledge of California and federal court procedures, and proficiency with legal research, document management, eDiscovery, and office software.

Supports business development and visibility initiatives for M&A, private equity, media and entertainment, and life sciences practices. Creates pitch documents, deal lists, matter descriptions, and other marketing collateral; supports legal directory, award, conference, sponsorship, and client relationship activities. Collaborates with CRM, market intelligence, directories, and business development teams on deal submissions, client targeting, research, and strategic projects.
