Develops and improves quality and manufacturing processes for precision CNC-machined components. Responsibilities include inspection planning, FAI and PPAP documentation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, SPC and capability studies, ISO 9001 and AS9100 compliance, operator training, process validation, work instructions, supplier quality, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates across engineering, production, quality, supply chain, customers, and suppliers to reduce scrap, rework, and cycle time while improving throughput.
