DeployCo invites established teams of two to five people to apply together for enterprise AI deployment roles. Teams will build agentic applications and workflow tools with OpenAI models, work directly with customers, make architecture and reliability decisions, prototype and productionize solutions, and improve reusable deployment practices. Members are assessed and hired individually into roles aligned with their skills. Applicants should have delivered complex products or systems together and demonstrate strong technical, product, data, AI, or delivery capabilities.

Build and lead DeployCo’s internal IT function from the ground up. Design and administer identity, endpoint, SaaS, networking, support, asset, and collaboration systems; automate employee lifecycle workflows; partner with Security and Engineering on controls and technical operations; manage vendors, budget, procurement, and hardware logistics; and hire and coach a hands-on IT team.

Build and lead DeployCo’s legal function across commercial, corporate, employment, and regulatory matters. Negotiate enterprise agreements, establish governance and compliance frameworks, support financing and M&A, manage OpenAI intercompany arrangements and outside counsel, improve contracting processes, and advise executives on legal risk and strategic decisions while enabling rapid growth.

Serve as technical lead for high-stakes enterprise AI deployments, owning customer problems from definition through resolution. Build reusable frontend and backend capabilities, guide deployment strategy, and standardize successful delivery patterns into tools and playbooks. Lead high-pressure projects from prototype to production, provide product and research feedback, and operate as a player-coach helping grow the deployment team. The role is hybrid in San Francisco or New York City and requires up to 50% travel.

Build and lead DeployCo’s Revenue Operations function, including forecasting, pipeline governance, capacity planning, compensation operations, revenue analytics, deal operations, and commercial systems. Establish CRM architecture, operating rhythms, executive reporting, and cross-functional planning processes. Partner with Finance, GTM, Legal, Product, Delivery, Data, and Systems teams to improve commercial execution and scale an AI-native enterprise deployment business.

Leads complex customer AI deployments from planning through production adoption. Translates business goals into technical delivery plans, coordinates engineering, research, product, and customer teams, manages dependencies and risks, and drives readiness, change management, KPI tracking, and adoption. The role also develops reusable implementation patterns and field insights to improve future deployments and product priorities.

Own DeployCo’s acquisition strategy and execution from thesis development, sourcing, diligence, valuation, negotiation, signing, and close through post-close integration. Build acquisition and integration playbooks, governance, and operating models while coordinating Finance, Legal, People, IT, Recruiting, Security, delivery leaders, and OpenAI stakeholders. Lead organizational design, talent retention, communications, systems integration, value capture, executive materials, and pipeline development.
