Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, prepare acquisition offers with management guidance, provide vehicle valuations, track interactions using company technology, and collaborate with sales, service, and collision teams to maximize acquisition opportunities. The role offers draw plus uncapped commission and requires strong customer service, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Sell vehicles by meeting customers, understanding their transportation needs, presenting suitable products, and delivering excellent service. The role requires customer-relatability, communication skills, a professional appearance, basic computer proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and an insurable driving record. Recent retail automotive sales experience is preferred. Full-time employees work five days weekly, including Saturdays, with Sundays off.
