Supports human resources operations including recruiting administration, onboarding, pre-employment screening, employee documentation, compliance tracking, evaluations, transfers, terminations, unemployment claims, certifications, licensing, badging, and employee inquiries. Maintains HR tracking tools and reports, coordinates paperwork, follows up with employees and supervisors, and assists with special projects while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

Supports electrical design-build and design-assist projects through pursuit, estimating, preconstruction, and post-award design phases. Reviews bid documents, develops design concepts, prepares RFIs and presentations, ensures RFP compliance, manages design quality and schedules, coordinates with engineering partners, evaluates value-added solutions, and applies electrical and safety code expertise. Builds relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams while supporting successful project completion.

Provides administrative and operational support to the HR department, including maintaining HRIS records, preparing reports, supporting apprenticeship programs, ensuring employment-law compliance, assisting with onboarding and open enrollment, managing confidential information, and coordinating employee communications. The role partners with regional and corporate leadership, supports HR staff, facilitates meetings and culture initiatives, and assists with building access management and camera review.
