Executes internal audit fieldwork, tests and documents controls, prepares work papers and audit reports, assists with audit planning and risk identification, gathers information from auditees, communicates findings, and supports compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Prepare and enter journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, review financial statements, investigate and resolve general ledger discrepancies, and coordinate with accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable, and clinic personnel to ensure accurate financial records. This is a full-time remote accounting role with weekday morning shifts.
