Own Kin’s technical foundation and direction across architecture, offline-first healthcare, real-time clinical audio transcription, private AI compute, APIs, mobile recording, and patient-facing interfaces. Establish engineering workflows, tooling, and automation for a small team while collaborating directly with founders, clinicians, and the CTO. Ship reliable, privacy-conscious software and document patterns and tradeoffs that improve team effectiveness.

Lead the end-to-end design of Kin’s patient and caregiver healthcare experiences. Translate complex workflows into intuitive, high-fidelity interfaces; collaborate closely with engineering; write product copy; conduct lightweight user research; build scalable design systems; and experiment using data to improve clarity, trust, and behavior change.
