Provides CIO-level technology consulting to MSP clients, developing IT roadmaps, leading business reviews, aligning technology investments with business goals, managing governance and risk, overseeing cybersecurity, planning budgets, and negotiating with vendors. The role advises executive teams, supports compliance frameworks, improves security posture, and drives technology initiatives, client retention, and related revenue.

Hunts new logos and manages high-value strategic accounts, driving recurring revenue, upsells, retention, and long-term technology alignment. The role develops sales pipelines, conducts strategic account reviews and QBRs, identifies expansion opportunities, maintains account plans and forecasts, and advocates for clients internally. It requires strong business and technical acumen, quota achievement, relationship management, and familiarity with MSP tools.

Leads pre-sales strategy for managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, compliance, and advisory services. Develops discovery methodologies, supports complex sales cycles, leads presentations and demonstrations, coordinates proposals, RFPs, pricing, and approvals, and ensures effective sales-to-delivery handoffs. Coaches sellers, manages sales enablement, improves deal execution, translates technical solutions into business value, and collaborates with technical, operational, legal, finance, and service-delivery teams.

Executes end-to-end procurement and order management, including vendor ordering, pricing and availability evaluation, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, billing readiness, and credit card reconciliation. Maintains vendor relationships, updates order records, resolves order issues, and supports finance activities. Requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, negotiation, and familiarity with IT hardware, software, licensing, and procurement systems.
