Analyzes management and operational problems using mathematical and simulation models, statistical tests, and validated data. Develops, tests, and evaluates models; prepares reports and briefings; supports implementation assessments; and designs models where data is limited. The role also conducts data elicitation, project scoping, customer engagement, and occasional technical training.

Administer government and subcontract agreements throughout proposal, award, modification, reporting, invoicing, compliance, and close-out processes. Track milestones and deliverables, review contract terms and funding, coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders, support subcontractor performance and negotiations, and maintain relationships with government contracting personnel and teaming partners.

Develops, tests, enhances, and troubleshoots software and database products. Collaborates with senior developers, project managers, and stakeholders throughout design, development, deployment, and code review. Writes unit tests, fixes defects, prototypes features, documents technical decisions, and participates in Agile sprints. The role requires strong programming skills, a bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.

Supports government contract administration from proposal development through closeout. Tracks contract actions, milestones, modifications, funding, invoices, compliance, reports, and subcontractor activities. Reviews RFPs and contract awards, coordinates with internal stakeholders, government personnel, prime contractors, and teaming partners, and assists with negotiations, deliverables, special projects, and risk mitigation.

Supports government program financial and project controls through budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, contract funding monitoring, and recurring reporting. Uses Deltek Costpoint to maintain project records, validate financial data, and generate reports. Collaborates with program management, finance, contracts, HR, and business operations to support project execution, audits, performance reviews, and process improvements.
