Provides Tier 1+ technical support for GxP-regulated and business-critical systems, including incident resolution, service requests, user provisioning, identity and access management, endpoint support, and asset tracking. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and accurate, timely reporting are essential.

Manages IT support and compliance for GxP manufacturing, laboratory, and technical operations systems. Oversees system administration, incidents, access management, change control, validation, patching, backup and recovery, vendor coordination, documentation, audits, deviations, and CAPA activities. Partners with IT, Quality, Manufacturing, QC, Validation, Automation, Facilities, Cybersecurity, and external providers to maintain reliable, secure, compliant, and audit-ready computerized systems.

Administer and maintain enterprise and GxP-regulated infrastructure across virtualization, cloud, servers, storage, networking, identity, security, backup, and disaster recovery. Manage VMware, Azure, Microsoft, Okta, Cisco, and Druva environments; perform patching, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, lifecycle management, change control, validation, documentation, and audit readiness. Collaborate with quality, security, validation, support, and business system teams while participating in infrastructure projects, maintenance windows, and rotating on-call support.

Leads Rocket Pharma’s enterprise internal communications strategy, advising the CEO and senior leaders while translating complex scientific, clinical, regulatory, financial, and business topics into clear employee messaging. Oversees executive communications, change management, employee engagement, storytelling, channel strategy, newsletters, intranet content, town halls, and leader toolkits. Partners with People, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and External Affairs to align internal communications with company priorities, disclosures, culture, and organizational initiatives. Establishes metrics and feedback loops to measure communication effectiveness.
