Provides administrative and accounting support for a materials production plant. Responsibilities include accounts payable, purchase orders, payroll timecards, bank deposits, fuel and inventory tracking, financial close activities, variance analysis, reporting, p-card reconciliation, budgeting, and plant system updates. The role also supports preventive maintenance workflows, coordinates with HR and corporate departments, resolves business issues, handles visitors and calls, and assists the plant manager with operational and financial information.

Designs and details large fabricated weldments, structural components, and assemblies using CAD software. Creates 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and fabrication documentation while applying welding symbols, GD&T, material specifications, and welding standards. Collaborates with engineers, welders, and fabricators, performs basic structural calculations, resolves production issues, and improves design processes. The role is primarily office-based with occasional shop-floor work and travel to plant locations.
