Oversee dealership accounting office operations, workflows, general ledger maintenance, month-end processes, and regulatory compliance. Lead and mentor the accounting team while supporting the Controller and collaborating across departments. Manage dealership accounting functions including billing, titles, dealer trades, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adaptation to new technology in a fast-paced environment.

Manages new-car dealership sales operations, including deal approvals, trade-ins, incentives, sales strategy, and customer satisfaction. Leads, trains, and motivates sales staff; monitors performance metrics; ensures policy compliance; resolves customer concerns; collaborates across departments; and stays informed about automotive market trends.
