Leads regional PCB materials sales by retaining customers, developing new business, growing revenue, and managing sales performance. Responsibilities include coaching and staffing the sales team, building customer and supplier relationships, conducting site visits, managing Salesforce pipelines and forecasts, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with engineering, supply chain, purchasing, and inside sales to support product availability and profitability.

Develop new OEM business across West Coast territories in the printed circuit board materials industry. Support engineering design-ins, specifications, and material selection while building relationships with OEMs and PCB fabricators. Assist with account strategies, lead generation, quoting, forecasting, CRM pipeline management, and customer program execution. Collaborate with field application engineers, product management, suppliers, and supply chain teams. Travel, including potential international travel, may be required.

Manage PCB laminate product lines and growth strategies, support suppliers, develop technical sales and training materials, present products, manage opportunities and competitive data, set pricing, support sales teams, troubleshoot customer issues, and coordinate stocking and expediting decisions. The role requires PCB manufacturing and copper-clad laminate expertise, technical sales capability, and travel as needed, including potential international travel.

Plans and schedules production while balancing customer demand, materials, capacity, inventory, and operational priorities. Monitors shortages, inventory levels, supplier delays, and planning exceptions; coordinates with manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers, sales, and warehousing. Provides order-status and availability information, improves planning processes, analyzes supply chain trends, and leads cross-functional planning for assigned product lines and manufacturing sites.

Develops OEM business for printed circuit board materials across Midwest and East Coast territories. Drives design-ins, specifications, design wins, and sales through production. Builds relationships with OEM engineering teams and PCB fabricators, develops strategic accounts in aerospace, defense, AI, RF, and advanced packaging, and coordinates with technical, product, supplier, and supply chain teams. Manages forecasting, CRM pipeline, pricing, quoting, and profitability while traveling internationally.
