Evaluates complex commercial credit requests and SBA loans, manages renewals and post-closing reviews, prepares portfolio risk reports, ensures documentation and regulatory compliance, participates in loan committees, and mentors junior analysts. The role requires financial and collateral analysis, knowledge of SBA lending guidelines, strong communication, organization, and local travel to business or member sites.

Provides strategic leadership for branch support, operations training, staff development, facilities, vendors, security administration, compliance, and process improvement across multiple locations. Leads onboarding, coaching, leadership development, training evaluation, operational change initiatives, budgeting, and regulatory controls while partnering with executives and branch leaders to improve consistency, service delivery, and organizational readiness.

Evaluates financial statements and credit data to assess commercial borrower risk, supports loan officers and lending decisions, maintains credit files and loan documentation, prepares loan presentations and reports, conducts portfolio reviews and risk-rating updates, communicates with borrowers, and ensures compliance with lending policies and regulations.

Processes, balances, and reconciles payment transactions and accounts. Supports electronic payments, card services, and stop-payment requests; investigates exceptions, disputes, errors, and account issues; monitors activity for fraud and risk; assists members and internal teams; and maintains records, general ledger activity, and vendor communications.

Supports debit and credit card programs by processing payment exceptions, researching and resolving card issues, assisting members and staff, monitoring fraud and account abuse, handling card transactions and closures, maintaining accurate records, protecting confidential information, and ensuring policy compliance.
