Own web design projects from creative direction through final execution, creating responsive, accessible, conversion-focused digital experiences. Develop Figma systems, components, prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs; collaborate with developers, strategists, project managers, clients, and designers; present and defend design decisions; incorporate feedback; and apply AI and emerging tools to improve creative workflows.

Provides comprehensive support to the Founder by managing calendars, inboxes, communications, travel, logistics, follow-ups, billing time, meeting documentation, and special projects. The role requires proactive prioritization, discretion, strong communication, and the ability to independently resolve issues while coordinating with team members, clients, and external partners. The Executive Assistant also improves organizational systems and protects the Founder’s time.
