Provides finance domain expertise across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payments, and credit management. May also support customer projects through solution reviews and implementation guidance. Travel is required as needed.

Implement UMAX, a Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solution, for energy and water utility customers. Translate customer needs into functional specifications, analyze and optimize processes, train users, manage expectations, support workshops and testing, identify project risks, and collaborate with project managers and technical consultants to deliver high-quality implementations.
