Develops and validates high-speed transceiver systems through functional, performance, environmental, and reliability testing. Builds Python automation for test execution and analysis, supports platform bring-up and firmware validation, contributes to DSP tuning, and diagnoses signal-integrity and link-performance issues using oscilloscopes, BERTs, and VNAs. Application Engineering Intern will test, characterize, and debug high-speed SERDES technology through post-silicon validation, lab testing, data analysis, and automation. The role involves hardware bring-up, system-level validation, supporting firmware adaptation algorithms with test results, resolving customer application issues, and generating application notes. The intern will collaborate with validation, design, and firmware engineers.

Lead development of scalable lab automation and validation infrastructure for 800G and 1.6T optical modules. Architect Python and C++ frameworks, integrate optical and electrical test instrumentation, automate signal and traffic testing, build data pipelines and dashboards, and orchestrate distributed laboratories with CI/CD integration across major networking platforms.

Design and develop analog and mixed-signal IC blocks for SerDes products using advanced CMOS technologies. Responsibilities include circuit simulation, layout collaboration, post-layout verification, silicon testing and debugging, and design documentation. The role requires expertise in analog circuit design, EDA tools, and end-to-end IC development from block definition through verification.

Manage and improve enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure, including network configuration, monitoring, uptime, troubleshooting, architecture integration, change and patch management, procurement, documentation, and automation. Provide Tier I-II operational support, strengthen network security, maintain high-availability designs, and collaborate with IT teams to improve reliable network services.

Lead RTL architecture, implementation, and verification for advanced SerDes PHY DSP blocks. Translate DSP algorithms into synthesizable SystemVerilog, optimize performance, power, area, and latency, and support ASIC synthesis, timing closure, CDC/RDC, DFT, silicon bring-up, PHY integration, and system-level debugging.

Serve as the primary technical applications contact for PCIe customers across North America. Provide support from pre-sales channel analysis and schematic/layout review through system bring-up and laboratory debugging. Build customer relationships that drive design wins, translate customer needs into internal engineering feedback, and use high-speed design expertise, lab equipment, and Python automation to develop and validate solutions.

Leads customer-facing technical engagements for optical module products, supporting deployment, troubleshooting, validation, performance optimization, and interoperability. Builds customer-representative testbeds, automation infrastructure, and evaluation scripts; analyzes optical, electrical, firmware, and system data; conducts root-cause investigations; prepares technical reports; and coordinates with internal engineering teams to resolve issues and improve product robustness and compatibility.

Leads strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, category management, contract negotiations, and procurement governance for engineering, technology, corporate, and operational spend. Builds supplier relationships, drives savings and efficiency, manages supplier risk, develops sourcing roadmaps, and partners with executive stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Engineering, and Operations. Oversees procurement processes, systems, reporting, and team development while supporting semiconductor engineering and product development organizations.
