Own customer AI implementations from discovery through deployment by translating workflows into agent requirements, writing and testing prompts, evaluating outputs, and coordinating feedback with engineering. Serve as the customer’s internal advocate, support onboarding, prioritize product improvements, and develop repeatable deployment processes.
