Supervises and develops the sourcing team, manages budgets and metrics, supports production and customer commitments, and collaborates cross-functionally on material changes, quality, planning, and product lifecycle activities. Maintains process documentation, training records, and ISO compliance while supporting customer quotations and continuous improvement.

Responsible for achieving territory sales and profitability goals across Southern California, Arizona, and New Mexico. The role grows key accounts, opens new business, manages complex customer projects, develops customized technical solutions, negotiates sales terms, maintains Salesforce forecasts and reports, and executes strategic territory plans. The position requires significant travel, technical or life sciences sales experience, strong presentation skills, and demonstrated revenue growth.
