Provides program-level quality assurance for DoD ammunition manufacturing. The role involves administrative and analytical support, cross-functional collaboration, multitasking, and adherence to ITAR, FAR, DFAR, and CPSR processes. This is an onsite internship in Red Lion, Pennsylvania, with little or no travel.

Reviews product requirements, creates CAD models and documentation, develops testing plans, estimates costs and materials, evaluates tool performance, and may manage sourcing or procurement of purchased tools. Collaborates with manufacturing personnel to optimize production processes and tool quality.
