Manages sales for a residential community by guiding prospects through the new-home purchase process from initial contact through closing. Sells new homes within an assigned community, generates and follows up on leads, manages contracts and buyer information, coordinates financing, walk-throughs, and closings, and provides post-sale customer service. Maintains model homes, signage, listings, supplies, and community appearance. Conducts competitive market studies, supports advertising decisions, mentors sales assistants, and ensures compliance with company safety and operational procedures.

Provides senior-level engineering and operational support for enterprise cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
